I have had eczema since I was young to the point where my hands are permanently pigmented red because of it. I cant yet speak to if the red pigment will go away with time as I have only used the sample size so far and just received my first full size bottle in the mail but I had painful open wounds on my hands and within 3 days of using the sample size on the targeted areas the wounds were completely healed and already disappearing.
